1 lb. fresh green beans
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
¼ cup fresh parsley, snipped
½ tsp. basil
½ tsp. oregano
¼ tsp. crushed red pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced

Wash beans and remove ends. Place beans into 1 inch of salted water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Boil uncovered 5 minutes. Cover and continue to cook for 8 more minutes or until beans are crisp-tender. Drain.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add parsley and garlic. Saute for 1-2 minutes. Add beans; sprinkle with basil, oregano and red pepper. Stir fry 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately.
