1 lb ground beef
1 cup onions, coursely chopped
1 cup green pepper, coarsely chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 ½ Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 cup catsup
6 hamburger buns (onion buns are good with these)

In a large frying (with a lid), brown ground beef and onions until meat is no longer pink. Add remaining ingredients. Stir. Cover and simmer about ½ hour or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Serve on the buns. WAY better than the kind out of a can!
