1 (6 oz.) package Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice
1 cup chicken broth
1 (10 Oz.) package frozen French cut green beans, thawed and drained
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 (10 ¾ oz.) can cream of celery soup
½ cup mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 (2.8 oz.) can French-fried onions

Prepare the rice according to the package directions, substituting 1 cup chicken broth for 1 cup of the required amount of water.
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the French-fried onions. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 12x8x2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle onions on the top. Bake for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
